A human-level project entered C42 once and reached terminal PASS through planning, build, deterministic verification, independent review, bounded repair, and final verification without manual stage advancement.
Projects can move from intake through build, verification, staging, production, and handoff with explicit evidence at each boundary.
Accepted releases advance through explicit checks and preserve known-good checkpoints so later experiments stay reversible.

Public system surfaces, durable Forge intake, private Director review, responsive deployment, and recovery checkpoints are live.
Campaign orchestration, provider routing, deterministic verification, checkpoints, and the client-delivery contract are in the canonical system.
Builder/reviewer separation and deterministic verification support larger software work without relying on one model to grade its own assumptions.
Program 004 proved the durable bridge from project intake to the existing autonomous controller, including review-driven repair and final verification with no automatic merge, push, or deployment.
